We deliver software, not parcels. This sets out what delivery means and when it happens.

Nothing is physically shipped
We supply software and professional services. No physical goods are dispatched, so no shipping charges, courier timelines or delivery addresses apply.
Subscription products
- Access credentials are issued within 1 business day of the first payment clearing.
- Configuration, data migration and training follow the timeline published on the product page — typically 3 days to 6 weeks depending on the system.
- Go-live requires information and decisions from you. Where those are delayed, the timeline moves accordingly and we will tell you when it does.
Custom projects
Delivery follows the milestones in your order form. Each milestone is delivered to a staging environment for your review before it is treated as complete.

Download access is issued by email immediately on payment, and in any case within 24 hours. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.
