ERP for Retail
Head office and every store finally agreeing on the numbers
Retail breaks ERP at the join between head office and the shop floor. Central buying decides assortment and price, stores sell and return, and the two reconcile weeks later — by which point replenishment is guesswork. This ERP treats each store as a live stock location rather than a monthly report, so the figure head office plans against is the figure on the shelf.
8-14 weeks
What goes wrong in retail & multi-store
Head office stock and store stock never agree
Sales post from the till, transfers post on paper and shrinkage surfaces at stock-take. Replenishment then runs on numbers nobody trusts.
Pricing and promotions drift per store
A promotion decided centrally reaches stores as a message, gets applied inconsistently, and margin erodes in ways nobody can attribute afterwards.
Margin is known per category, not per SKU
Landed cost including freight, discounts and supplier schemes rarely reaches SKU level, so the true contribution of each line stays hidden.
Returns and shrinkage are absorbed silently
Customer returns, damages and expiry get written off without a reason code, so the same loss repeats every quarter.
Modules that exist because of your industry
On top of the full standard ERP — sales, purchase, stores, accounts and HR are all included.
Central catalogue, per-store pricing
One item master with store-level or zone-level price lists, so a metro outlet can price differently from a tier-3 store without duplicating the catalogue.
Live multi-store stock
Every store, warehouse and transit stock visible in real time, with transfers requiring confirmation at the receiving end before they post.
POS integration
Bills post to the ERP as they happen, including offline bills that queue at the till and sync on reconnect.
Promotions and scheme engine
Central promotions applied automatically at the till — BOGO, slab discounts, combo pricing and time-bound offers with an end date that is actually enforced.
Landed cost and SKU margin
Freight, duty, supplier schemes and discounts allocated to each SKU, so margin reporting reflects what the line really earns.
Replenishment by sell-through
Suggested orders from actual store-level sell-through and lead time, rather than a fixed reorder level set two years ago.
Returns and shrinkage tracking
Customer returns, damages, expiry and theft recorded with reason codes and reported by store and category.
Loyalty and customer ledger
Phone-number based loyalty across every store, with points, credit notes and purchase history following the customer.
Pick the size that fits
Every limit is published rather than buried in a contract. Past the Business limits we quote against your real usage.

What happens if you outgrow a plan
Nothing breaks and nothing is cut off. We flag it when you are consistently near a limit, and you either move up a tier or, past the Business limits, we scope an Enterprise plan against your real usage. We would rather quote you properly than serve you at a loss and then renegotiate — so heavy users are priced honestly from the start.

We speak your language
Terms the system models natively, not as custom fields.
- Sell-through
- The share of received stock actually sold in a period — the number replenishment should follow.
- Landed cost
- Purchase price plus freight, duty and handling, allocated down to the SKU.
- Shrinkage
- Stock lost to theft, damage or expiry, measured against recorded sales.
- Planogram
- The shelf layout a store is expected to hold; drives assortment per location.
Who this is for
- Retail chains running 3 to 100 stores
- Supermarkets, apparel, footwear and electronics retailers
- Retailers whose head office and store stock figures never reconcile
- Chains running a POS at the till and spreadsheets everywhere else
Questions from retail & multi-store buyers
Do we have to replace our existing POS?
No. If your POS can export bills or expose an API, we integrate with it and leave the till alone — retraining cashiers is disruption you do not need. If your POS is the actual problem, our own POS is built for the same stack and included pricing is shown on its page.
Can each store have different prices?
Yes, through store-level or zone-level price lists on one shared catalogue. That is the point of central buying with local pricing, and it is where spreadsheet-driven chains usually lose control.
How does it handle stock transfers between stores?
A transfer posts as in-transit stock and only lands when the receiving store confirms it. Discrepancies surface at that moment instead of at the next stock-take, which is where most retail shrinkage is actually discovered.
