Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use our software to

• Break any law applicable to you, your customers or us.
• Store or transmit material you have no right to, including infringing, defamatory or obscene content.
• Process personal data without the lawful basis or consent your own law requires.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or messaging that breaches DLT, TRAI or equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.
• Introduce malware, attempt to breach security controls, or probe systems you are not authorised to test.
• Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software beyond the licence you hold.
• Circumvent plan quotas, share credentials to avoid user limits, or misrepresent your usage.
• Impose load that degrades the service for other customers.

Fair use of quotas

Published quotas exist so pricing stays honest for everyone. Occasional spikes are expected and we will not penalise them.

Sustained usage beyond your plan triggers a conversation, not a surprise invoice. We will contact you and agree an upgrade or a bespoke plan before charging anything additional.

Enforcement

Where we believe this policy has been breached we will normally contact you first and give you an opportunity to fix it. Where the breach is serious — illegal content, a security threat, or harm to other customers — we may suspend access immediately and investigate afterwards.

Repeated or unremedied breach is a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in termination without refund.

To report misuse of our software or content, email hello@orus-studio.com. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours.
