Session replay — only with separate consent
Microsoft Clarity records anonymised interaction with pages — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement — so we can see where the site confuses people. Form field contents are masked and we do not use it to identify individuals.
This is asked for separately from analytics because it is materially more intrusive, and you can accept analytics while refusing it.

Changing your mind
Use the 'Cookie preferences' link in the footer to change or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent, and takes effect immediately.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site working — for instance, your cookie choices will not be remembered.
