Questions from textiles & apparel buyers
Can it prevent cutting across shade lots?
Yes. A cutting order is bound to a shade lot, and drawing fabric from a different lot requires an explicit override with a reason recorded. This is the single most common cause of finished-garment rejection.
Does it handle fabric consumption per size?
Yes. Consumption is defined per size in the style master, so costing and material planning both reflect the actual size breakup of an order rather than an average.
What about export incentives?
The system holds the data RoDTEP and drawback claims are built from, and produces the export documentation set. The claim filing itself stays with your CHA or consultant.
