Ready-made system
You need a proven system running in weeks, not a bespoke build
One of our vertical products — ERP, CRM, hospital, school, POS, warehouse and the rest — configured to your process and deployed. Plans are sized to your organisation with every limit published, rather than charged per user, and annual plans include the source code so you are never locked to us.

Fixed-scope project
You know what you need built and want a defined price for it
A defined build with agreed scope, timeline and price. Best when requirements are genuinely settled — if they are not, a dedicated team almost always costs less in the end than a fixed-scope project amended four times.

Engineers, designers and QA working only on your product, in your tools and your cadence. You direct priorities sprint by sprint. This is the honest model for product work, where the requirement at week twelve is rarely the one written at week one.

Monitoring, fixes, small enhancements and security updates for a system already in production — whether or not we built it. We take on inherited codebases after a paid audit.

Questions about pricing
Why don't you list prices?
Because the honest figure depends on scope — users, integrations, data migration and compliance move it more than anything else. A short call gets you a real number for your situation, instead of a published range that fits nobody.
How quickly do we get a quote?
For a ready-made system, usually within one business day of a short call. For a custom project, after a scoping conversation — typically within a week, with the assumptions behind the number written down.
Do you work with startups on small budgets?
Yes, honestly. Where a custom build would end up a compromised one, we will point you to a ready-made system or a tighter first version instead, rather than take the project and disappoint you.
What does a quote not include?
Third-party costs — hosting, payment gateway fees, SMS and WhatsApp API charges, app store fees — are billed at actuals and never marked up. Each engagement model above lists its own exclusions, and every quote states them in writing.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
Rarely, and only alongside a fee that covers our costs. An all-equity arrangement means your project is subsidised by our paying clients, which is not fair to them.
